In addition, plans include many types of replacement parts that can cost hundreds of dollars a year. Read over the plans carefully to see which plan is best for your system and budget.

Gas Heating & Air Conditioning Contract
Heating Tune-Up Plan
- Clean heater, flue pipe and chimney base. Inspect combustion chamber
- Lubricate all motors
- Perform an efficiency test to maximize performance
- Safety check all operating controls
- 15% discount for parts and labor on service calls for one year
- Plus priority scheduling for any emergency service
Silver Plan
Gas Heater Service Contract
Contract covers all labor costs for necessary emergency no heat calls. Includes an annual tune-up and repair or replacement of the following parts, which become defective due to normal use.

Residential service and maintenance agreement. Complete with gas furnace.
Up to five tons two annual efficiency tune-ups and equipment inspections.

Conditions
- We reserve the right to inspect the equipment covered before accepting this agreement.
- This agreement is void if the buyer permits any persons other than our employees to render services to the equipment except as instructed by us.
- Prices quoted refer to the home-type heating equipment only. Prices on other types available on request.
- This agreement does not cover parts damaged by water, fire, acts of God, accident, tampering or abuse.
- This agreement is transferable in the event of the sale of your property.
- This agreement is automatically renewable.
- Our obligation to furnish any parts is subject to their availability through normal sources of supply.
- No service will be rendered under this agreement if the customer's account is not current.
- This agreement does not cover liability or damage resulting from defects in, or the operations or non- operation of, customer's burner or or its appurtenances or any other equipment, nor does it cover liability for loss or damage resulting from delay or failure to perform hereunder due wholly or partially to labor disturbances, fires, lack of material, government regulations, or any causes beyond our control.
- Homes with multiple systems will require separate agreements for each unit.
- Effective date of this agreement, if customer's application is accepted, shall be the date of receipt by the company of the customers signed application.
- This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties hereto and there are no promise, terms, conditions or obligations other than printed herein.
- This agreement covers cleaning and service of heater one time each session, with the maximum of two hours. If heater requires additional time or cleaning, that time will be charged at an hourly rate.
- Contract cleaning and service is scheduled by customer between the hours of 8AM to 3:30 PM. Monday through Friday. Cleaning may coincide with emergency calls.
- This agreement covers labor costs during the following period – October 15 through April 15 from 7AM to 10PM, Monday through Sunday. April 16 through October 14 from 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. Service required after contract hours will be at our hourly rate.
